Why Austin Home Check?
Hello, I'm John and I'm the owner of Austin Home Check. For years I worked as Operations Manager for a large grocery retailer. I oversaw all aspects of the business and was always interested in how I could make things better, not only for my employees and their families, but for our customers as well. In my free time, I enjoyed doing things to my home that would make it work better or look better. Eventually I got into buying and selling real estate and gained a deeper understanding of the sales process, how a house is built, and why things are done a certain way. My goal with Austin Home Check is to provide exceptional service to you by thoroughly inspecting the different components of your home and reporting back to you on the condition and performance so that you can make an informed decision. Most people are not familiar with construction building practices and requirements or even safety features that should be there. We are. Let us check everything out for you so you can enjoy the great experience of buying or selling.
We Notice the Little Things
There are lots of things that go into a house that give it the comforts of home. If one of these is not working properly, whether it be a faulty outlet or shower water pressure that just isn't right, the comforts can go right out the window. It's our job to check all of this. No house is perfect. If we identify issues, it doesn't mean that you should or shouldn't buy a house. We aim to ensure that you have the information necessary to make the most informed decision for your family.
